Premium and luxury

In Rajasthan many of the maharajas' palaces are now hotels: the lake palace of Udaipur, the city palaces of Jaipur, the palace high above Jodhpur. Then there are trains such as the Palace on Wheels, rolling through the desert in saloon cars, and houseboats in Kashmir and Kerala.
